What breakers would be tripping? I took the batteries to NAPA to have them checked and they said they good, 13.5V and 14.4V.
So, you would just follow the wiring in the front compartment from the pump assembly back towards the battery. It would be heavier gauge wire and should be tied to a breaker that is rated for the pump motors amperage.
Given that you are likely in cold weather, the fluid would be thicker and that would increase the amperage draw on the pump. It is entirely possible that this is causing the breaker to heat up and trip. It then cools off and automatically resets so operation can resume. Your leveling system and the kitchen slide and the dinette slide operate off of the same hydraulic system so the same breaker would be involved. Your bedroom slide operates via electric motors not hydraulic like the others.
As a best practice, I would suggest that you inspect every electrical connection that you can find in the front compartment (and the rest of the coach for that matter) to ensure that all of the connections are tightened securely.
I found numerous loose connections in the front compartment after taking delivery. It is a small investment in time to take a nut driver to the breaker buss and ensure that they are tight.
Also you could check the installation instructions for the hydraulic pump assembly and ensure that the installed breaker meets the specification that they call out. You might find that there is some room to increase the breaker rating, as I believe the instructions call out a x to x breaker rating. Remember, breakers and fusing are designed to protect the wiring.
