Klipsch speaker not working

I have.a 2025 Avenue 29RL and am unable to connect to the Klipsch speaker in my living room. I've tried the A/B switch behind the TV and only the bathroom speaker works. I tried to remove the 4 Klipsch screws but they are spring loaded and push up into the ceiling. Is there a special tool needed? Completely stumped if someone can please help.

If they have a spring, it's going to be a clamp. You'll have to loosen the screws until whatever they are using as a clamp leg returns to the frame of the speaker, then you'll be able to pop it out.
