Took delivery of a new paradigm 385FL end of June 2022. Love the layout and options, that is why we bought it. Plus reviews said it was a very well built unit.
Got home found entry door was ajar. Tried opening and it caught at catch. NOTE camper is level after calibration and recalibration several times. Found the entry steps were resting in door frame correctly. But screen door is contacting the steps and won't let door close completely
Found entry door hinges are bent at bottom of door . After several times of adjusting the door and forcing steps beyond the door casing, then the door would close tight.
Got to first camp ground found door was jammed and couldn't open again. Noticed that the door is not aligned with the casing.
