Is there a way to replace the motor for the vent cover?

Hi,

I have Paradigm 390MP that came with two MaxxAir fans. The sound of the fans themselves is barely noticeable on low-medium speed, but sound of the motor that raises and lowers the vent cover is both annoying and loud enough to hear five sites away.

Does anyone know if there's a way to replace the fan cover motor with something quieter, or would I need to replace the whole unit?
