Insignia range has one burner with low flame

Our Insignia range has a low flame on the left front burner. Max flame is about 1/3 of the other 3 burners. I’m thinking there must be a partial blockage between the burner and the manifold.
Anyone else have this issue?

I pulled the burner apart and it looked pretty good. There was some small flakes of black material but nothing blocking the burner. So I pulled the orifice blew that out. Turned the gas on and it seemed like it was a good flow. Put everything back together and now it has a much better flame. It’s probably at 80% compared to the right hand burner, so not too bad(it was 50% before), I must’ve dislodged something when I had it apart.

We have low flame on all of our Insignia burners. I have seen some YT videos where people can pull the knob off and adjust. I cannot seem to find anything on the Insignia brand, if it is the same. Anyone here have knowledge about how to adjust the flame?

Thanks!

I got our knobs off recently, and there are no adjustment screws there. Any suggestions on how to adjust the flame? All 4 burners do not go higher than the top of the burner.

Thanks!

Personally, I think that I would start by verifying that you have the correct propane pressure feeding the stove.
You might engage a pro to do this if your not comfortable working with propane and taking pressure measurements.
