Good eye, and agree it should be fixed to help protect against a possible short circuit.I would also fix the wire on breaker #8 and ensure it is fully inserted. There is a lot of bare copper showing.
Glad you were able to address this.Frigging GREAT catch, the damn wires were falling out... I literally pulled them out just by tugging them... We could've had a major problem... Now they're secured...

Checked that ground, looks like it was off a ground that is grounded 😁.
