During our latest cold snap, my thermal camera showed the front closet floor, right above the pin box was very cold. I think this is the area on the bottom of the nose above the pin box. We also had some condensation in this area drip down through the pin box and the side of the nose cone.
Has anyone insulated this area? Did you close the hole above the pin box off?
If so, what product did you use? Did you remove the pin box to do this? How did you allow for ventilation (open cell foam, Tyvek, etc.) to reduce possible mold from condensation?
