We are NYC escapee's Cathy & Tony) and we have been RVing in a travel trailer since late 2019. We have decided to upgrade to a leftover 2023 new Alliance Avenue 32RLS, we had it inspected yesterday and should have the results later today. Hopefully, nothing major before we take delivery next week.

Might be neat to post the results of that inspection to allow others to see how thorough it was, and to show the types of things that were found. Would be a good way to demonstrate the importance of a good initial inspection.
