Grey tanks

Our 2024 310 RL is set up with two grays at in the neighborhood of @ 48 gallons each ( I think) .
Fill to a value close to that and you are comfortable with and then, proceed with caution 😂!

Yep...2 tanks. Please documents (with images) you entire build process. I am sure others would like to see how you accomplish this. Guessing you'll use some sort of pump and meter?
I use this gate and open both grey tanks to equalize them. Now, this only moves water from Shower/washing machine tank on the upper deck, down to the lower tank that is used by the kitchen sink

I use the same method to equalize/combine tanks. Equalizing black and grey works well.
Equalizing both greys for me is less effective, they don't combine/equalize very well. I imagine my greys don't equalize because water doesn't flow up hill. The discharge is at the low point for both tanks. In order to reach the kitchen grey tank I think the water needs to flow up hill

Jim, Actually, I watched a video that was done by KleenTank. They had attended a Montana Rally. Several rigs had their tanks cleaned. It was informative. One of the tips that they gave was using a back flush valve in lieu of the the on board sprayer. The method is to back fill both the black and grey tanks until they run clear.
The valve they recommended is https://www.amazon.com/dp/B008O9DV78?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title. By using a meter, you can control the amount of water to fill the tanks before flushing.
Since I have a new rig, I thought I'd give it a try....

I quit using the ineffective tank sprayers years ago. I use a flush king to flush out my black tank.
Much more effective than tank sprayers. You can visually see that its working.
I believe tank Sprayers are a gimmick and so are typical OEM tank monitors.
Both are designed to give the RV owners peace of mind that their tanks aren't going to explode, but in actual use neither are very effective or even necessary.
I challenge anyone to use your tank sprayers as you typically would. When your done spraying go back and use Flush King and see how much stuff still remains that the Flush King flushes out.

I never flush my grey tanks however I agree they can contain nasty stagnant stinky water and its OK to flush if necessary.
I try to be cognizant of what goes into my grey tanks especially the kitchen. I keep a strainer on the drain and try to keep food particles and grease out of the drain. I avoid pouring any liquid waste (like a 1/2 empty cup of milk or coffee) into the kitchen drain.
Any liquids that need to be dispose of go into the black tank.
