Ok, for the most part that bothered us was "change" we were used to a booth and that was not an option. We had our old trailer 7 years and was used to it. Had an issue day 1 with the wiring for the inverter ready going to microwave not the panel. My son is a electrician so easily rectified in an hour but could have been an issue if expecting warranty from a dealer 200 miles away. Yes, we did the prebuy inspection and found a few issues that the dealer corrected promptly. TV would not hook up to soundbar, kitchen faucett fell over in 1st 200 miles. The kitchen pantry collapsed on the 1st real trip as wife was used to the old camper and overloaded it a bit so rebuilt and glued as Alliance only uses staples, Really! Again we do like the trailer and i beleive its better than a lot of them out there as we looked at 3-4 other brands and reviews and felt more positive with Alliance! I try to fix things myself and am quite handy and hadn't been to a dealer for service in over 6 years. Alliance was supposed to be putting 16" tires on the trailer and we found after getting it home it had 15" and we could not get the ride level with our stock 22 2500 Duramax. Bought new tires and wheels and all is good again, wife hated the bath vanity top so we called our cabinet buddy and now have a quartz top with a usable sink. Again some of these things are preference to us and being a "senior citizen" change is always difficult. we've put approx 2000 miles on it and stayed about 3-4 weeks total. Its a good size for 2 people and tows very well with lots of storage and room. Hope this will help you and we would buy the same trailer again. 7ACmike
