My husband and I purchased our 2024 294rk a month ago and we are having trouble getting the oven pilot light to stay lit. We have tried tightening the tiny gold nut under the stove top (other ppl suggested this) but it doesn’t budge. We have also tried holding down the knob for 30 seconds which does work to light the pilot but will not ignite the entire thing. As soon we try to turn the oven up higher to try and light the whole oven, it goes out. Any advice?
