Our refrigerator makes a buzzing sound every so often. Buzzes for about 3-4 seconds. Anyone experience this buzzing and/or know what it means? The refrigerator seems fine and runs cold.

So, strange question, buzzing like an alarm or buzzing like……….electrical stuff🤔
Could it be some type of door open alarm or maybe a low voltage alarm
Not familiar with that frig, just a couple of thoughts.

Ours buzzes for 5ish seconds on about the same frequency as the temperature cycle shown in the graph from our Furrion’s freezer. I assume it’s the compressor starting but haven’t taken the time to check for any correlation.

The once a day deep freeze is an interesting behavior. Would like to hear the logic behind it.IMG_4046.jpeg

Probably has do do with being frost free? But interesting none the less.

Buzzing like an old buzzer. Similar to the game of Operation where you touched the side getting the ham bone out. 😯Some of you may have played that years ago.

Maybe low voltage alarm? I can hear the compressor on occasion so not that.

I know the game well.
Do you monitor your voltage going to the rig? Not specific to your concerns, but sometimes a bad starting capicator can cause similar issues. I have no idea if your frig uses one or not.

Sometimes if your ice machine (if you have one) is turned on , the bar is down but it’s not hooked up to water it can make that noise as it searches for water to fill its self. Make sure the bar is up keeping ice machine off if it’s not hooked up.
