We recently bought a Delta 262RB with the new Furrion 8K AC in the bedroom. It is a dump type AC with two large vents on the sides. It has three speeds, but the difference is imperceptible...the wind noise is always very loud when the vents are open. It is loud enough that we could not sleep unless the vents are almost completely closed which defeats the purpose of having an AC. Lippert is sending a new part for it, but the dealership says that this AC model is on another Delta on their lot and sounds the same, so my expectations are low. I am asking if anyone else is experiencing the same issue.

We also have the Furrion 8K AC in our bedroom of a 2026 Avenue 23ML. It’s too loud for us to sleep as well we use it only to cool the room before going to bed. We use our Furrion Chill Cube 18K in the main room to cool our bedroom while sleeping. Close the vents on the main unit above and then more cool air reaches the bedroom. Also, just enough white noise as needed.
