Furrion 20CF freezing but not cooling

Came home yesterday to a refrigerator at 53 degrees and the freezer at -7. The fridge temperature had trended up for the week and plateaued by the time we returned. (I have Govee sensors in both the fridge and freezer compartments, so know the temperature graphs.)
I have been cautious in my troubleshooting, not wanting to kill the freezer. I tried Off-grid Vacation mode, Super Fridge mode and finally a full reset. The freezer continues to work but no joy in the fridge. It is now approaching room temperature. We have thrown hundreds of dollars worth of food!
Have turned to YT for advice. Seems that the fan that transfers cool air to the fridge may have failed or maybe the defrost heater. Unfortunately both live behind a panel in the freezer compartment.
Does anyone know how to remove the panel?
Or, has anyone had this happen and been able to make a DIY fix? I’m all for not reinventing the wheel!

Will do. Praying that it’s fixable. Scared of a failed defrost system.
Unfortunately not our first trip to the dumpster with spoilage! #1 during warranty return when dealer assumed the grossly undersized 100ah FLA that they had installed & solar would hold the fridge (even though they’d promised to keep it plugged in). #2 when the control board failed due to a bad, high resistance crimp made in the factory on the fridge feed connector at the bus bar. Now this.
Not sure 12v refrigeration is ready for prime time.

Not sure that it was the 10AH battery that was the problem. We only had a 88AH LA battery and it kept the fridge cold and never got low.
Our 12V Furrion fridge gets cold in about 2 hrs, 0/34 degrees. Keeps it there also. The only problem we have encountered is if you leave the door open for too long, the temp goes up pretty fast. Cools right down though. We do have a temperture reading outside the fridge/freezer to monitor the temp and lets us know if temp gets above 45.
We have been one of the few I guess as we have not any of the problems that others have pontificated about on this site. Little trim coming loose has been about it. Fingers crossed it stays that way!!
Happy Glamping!!
