Furrion 12v died suddenly 2025 310rl - how to unsecure frig to replace control board on top

Just purchased a 2025 Paradigm 310rl one week ago and the refrigerator was working fine until this morning. Called Furrion/lippert support and they are sending a control board. How iss the refrigerator secured other than the top bracket that is secured with screws into the cabinet above the frig?

Here’s pictures of the Furrion in our 2025 310RL. The bottom is secured to the slide on both lower corners. The brackets are visible when you open the bottom freezer drawer.

Here’s pictures of the top screw locations. To be clear, the bracket is attached to the top of the fridge. Two long screws are driven through the cabinet frame into the top of the same bracket. The bracket will pull out with the fridge.

Here’s a picture of the replacement board, installed, that Alliance provided. Installed in July of 2025, it’s still working. Knock on wood. I believe the real issue was a poor factory crimp on the fridge feed wire connection at the buss bar in the front compartment. Check all of the 12v connections between the Furrion and the buss bar!
