Furnace not Working

Furnace in 29RL will not work has anyone had this problem. It is brand new.

Have you found which thermostat controls your heat? with multiple AC units only one will show heat. That one when heat is selected allows you to set the temp you want if all the other components ie,,, propane in tanks, tanks turned on,,,etc are working?
