Front cap lighting

As you can see in the photo, over 3/4 of the LED light strip in the front cap is not working. I haven't had my 2023 340RL a year yet! To repair or replace this strip, is it a DIY project or do I need to go back to the dealer?

DIY - contact the warranty department and they can send you the parts to replace yourself. It is not too difficult to do.

My experience is older with a 2021 390MP, and hopefully someone else will answer, but IIRC there is a rocker switch by the level controls in the ODS of the front pass-through storage.

Same on my 2024 385FL, only a 1/4 of the light are out. Only on maybe 12 to 30 hours at most. I am out of Warranty. Cheap Chinese lights!!

It is a personal preference, of course, but I honestly have strong dislike for the lights being used in campgrounds anyway. I haven't found much use for them and they are an eyesore imo. Same with nearly all of the lights on the exteriors of campers these days. Not trying to stir the pot, but maybe them not working is a feature rather than a problem lol.

I'll add outdoor speakers to the list of dislikes as well!

Only use I could see for those lights would be to find the camper when way out in the sticks/desert…

I had to replace mine with a warranted set before my year was over because a large section of them were out. Now there is one led out again.
It was a fairly easy job to replace them myself. Just a lot of ladder moving for the removal, cleaning, and installing steps.
I have them on a remote control for use going down the road and I'm looking for an RGBIC set that'll do a "Knight Rider KITT" and/or "Battlestar Galactica Cylon" effect. 😜
We also use the remote to turn them on when returning at night. The awning light and hall light are also on a remote.
We never use them to be showy in a campground.

2022 295mk. Same issue. Anyone have a part number for ordering? Used them for the first time this summer and after one night they started going out.

Sorry no P/N. I just contacted service and they sent me a new one under warranty. Honestly if not under warranty I'd probably just buy a strip off Amazon.
