Failure To Light.
It's for the Gas Water Heater. That light will stay lit while the water heater attempts to light its gas burner. Once it lights, the FTL light will go out.

My guess:
1. Out of propane or propane not open or propane to cold
2. Mud dauber nest or spider webs on burner tube
3. Some other issue.
