Enjoying rewards

Having been through at least 12 camping units and 50 years of travel camping, we recently purchased a 2026 310rl. From delivery ( November 2025).through departure to southern temps, we spent time sorting and eliminating years of a camping collection, including many self help items.
As we are now ending our first week in the sunshine state, I needed to dump and clean waste tanks. This unit has motodrain rocker switches, connected to electric valves. Previous discussions identified the lack of operational support for the switches operation, and previously having problematic electric valves on a Winnebago tour, I wanted to understand the system, so I studied the motodrains on line and in the owners manual, little help was offered in either system.
That said, I did all of the prep to evacuate the tanks, my black showed half full, gray one ( shower and bathroom) 3/4 full, and gray two ( kitchen) showed full. I Started my process opening black with rocker, alls well, opened gray one , great, pushed gray two, no light on the rocker switch, no valve function. Check the fuse, blown. I explained earlier my previous purging, so I no longer have the collection of old style fuses With me..Off to advance, Napa, and midnight auto parts, and told not available, this fuse size is no longer a stock inventory, and you can order it on line…
I now have 53 gallons in the tank, gross water in the sink and a valve, closed…..I did what any camper used to the “ issues” of the many systems, switched the fuse from the other tank and got the switch to light and function, however no valve function🥵
I left this scenario with alliance on their help line, however, it’s Saturday and I’ve not heard back.
in conclusion, In your experience with Alliance, will they cover this under warranty If I use a local repair guy? My next question to y’all, is there simple access to the valve? Is this a simple fix or does it involve cutting the underbelly? I’m thinking to employ a local repair guy to do what needs to be done…your thoughts are appreciate, so thanks in advance from Vero beach😉
