Farmhouse sink cover(s)?

Hey fellow Allies!

I couldn't find a "kitchen" subcategory so I thought this might be the best place to post this question. We are the proud owners of a 2027 Alliance All Access 25RL and it comes equipped with a center island and a farmhouse sink. However, there is no sink cover. In previous trailers we have owned, they all have had some sort of sink cover - some with a cutting board insert, others with a drying rack and some with a combination of the two.

What have others done to come up with your own ideas for a sink cover of sorts for your farmhouse sink? Did you make it yourself and if so, what materials did you use? If you sourced it from a vendor, would you mind sharing the source? Thanks in advance.

Amazon offers many options.
Also, if you head over to the Alliance Corp.site and scroll down to parts and service, Alliance has published a parts catalog that contains some options.

Pardon my tardy response as we just returned from a two-week "shake down trip" to the OR coast with our 25RL. My thanks to you both for these helpful leads. I'll be following up soon with a purchase decision once my significant other makes her choice known.

If you have traveled with your covers on the sink, and it hasn't separated from the counter, then keep on trucking.
You raise a valid issue, that the sink can separate from the counter. However this issue occurs mainly because the sink was not installed properly. If you have a poorly installed sink, the weight of the covers exacerbates the situation.
I avoid traveling with things in the sink. The sink often seems like a convenient place to put something for the ride, Like a crock pot or a food container or whatever. However it is wise not to travel with too much weight in the sink.

The cover we have might weigh 1-2 pounds. Not sure how that would ever cause the sink to seperate from counter. Heck...I have more weight in there from dirty dishes after a meal
The sinks can drop or separate with nothing in them. Having something in the sink just puts more pressure on the caulk and brackets that support the sink. The sink covers don't make the sink lighter, they only weigh it down even more. Does one to two lbs make a difference? Not likely,
However sink drops are a known issue. They've even developed after market brackets to better support the sinks because so many fall. These brackets were designed for residential sinks in houses, a moving, bouncing RV only makes the problem worse.

Static weight may be 1-2 pounds, dynamic weight is, or course, more. Hey, I'm not trying to be "right" on this, if you travel with the covers in place and have had no issue, then great.
