Exterior Joint

I am not sure which category to put this under, but we have had our 2022 41v15 Valor now for 13 months that we bought Brand New and right after we got it I started noticing the siding Joint that is below the bedroom slide-out towards the front starting to buckle a little bit. I wasn't concerned at the time and it has seemed to get a little worse every time we went out. So we just got back from our family vacation in the Big Horn Mountains in Wy. and the Joint/Cap Strip has mostly broke off and the siding is no longer flush with where the siding meets and there is a small bulge in the siding below the bedroom slide-out and directly above the drop on the camper when the camper is hooked up to the camper. I have attached a couple of pictures of the Cap Strip but I didn't get any of the "Bulge" because I had unhooked it already.
Has anyone had this happen? I am really hoping this isn't a Frame Issue being a new camper. Thoughts?
Thanks!

I would suggest that you contact Alliance. I had this happen on my Avenue and there was a bad weld at that location. My experience on this is that they will take care of you, but it will need to go to the factory for the repairs. I would say that the team that takes care of this at Alliance is fantastic and as part of the trip to the factory they will give your rig the once over for any other issues.

As note the weld issue on mine was not with the frame but with the aluminum wall structure.

I have a similar issue with my 2022 41v15. Second photo is on the opposite side of the wall looking out the bedroom. I can see daylight.
I had that issue and Alliance fixed it. I would suggest you contact Alliance ASAP and get a factory visit set for repair. In my case there was a broken weld there. They fixed that and reinforced the area with additional aluminum studs.

Definitely need to contact alliance….just wondering when it is going to be my turn..

Hopefully only affecting this year and model. Interesting that two of the same year and model reported here. Definitely anxious of frame issues on ours up front with how heavy and long it is though. Does your 44v14 have this indent on the door side along the upper frame connection? I’ve been watching this for a few months now. I checked the lags and they are all there and snug. The other side doesn’t have the indent.
