Gonna remake the Alliance raw stapled drawers. I made some dovetails on the Cnc with some pre-finished 1/2” plywood and veneered the edges. Strong like bull👍

Pulled out the bottom drawer. The entire bottom was out. We had three pans in that drawer. Nowhere near 90lbs as they advertise

Made the bottom drawer out of .700” with .280 bottom instead of .125” bottom and
I added a .700 gusset underneath. The pans in there were all we had in there and the drawer fell apart….. I also added runners behind the top rails that the magnets are attached to. Doing so takes all that play out and makes it feel like a cabinet not a curtain flapping in the breeze
