Distance from Hitch pin center to rear of truck ? 41-15 and other 5th wheel Clearance 'specs'

anyone know if there is a 'tolerance' or maximum distance from pin center to rear fender ?

For enough articulation to avoid any contact for general use.. turning 'angles'

Presuming the 5th wheel frames have nice comfy tolerances built in. Presuming pin center is as safe.. just ahead of Axle.
