DC Refrigerator won't cool, but the freezer is frozen??

We have a 10 cu ft Furion DC refrigerator and we are having an issue with it. We are leaving on a 10 day trip on Sunday, so early this morning I turned the fridge on. I set on the refrigerator on the higher side. Well after about 16 hours the Refrigerator section is only 53 degrees and the freezer section is currently 0 degrees. No matter what I set the temperature control to, the temperature of the Refrigerator section stays at 52 or 53 degrees and the freezer has gone down as low as -4 degrees. This is not my first DC fridge and I've never seen this before.

I verified the thermometers are accurate. I also can hear the compressor turning on and off. It seems and sounds normal. The back of the Refrigerator section feels cold to the touch, but the air temperature inside.

we had a problem just like that with our 2024 Avenue 32 RLS with a 16 cubic foot furion refrigerator side by side. we found out that the defrost circuit had burned out and the coils in the freezer were freezing up 100% not allowing any air flow through them. from what I know, there is air that is pulled from the bottom and blows upward in the back and through the fins into a chamber that should open up into the refrigerator itself. if that air flow is restricted, no air is going to be able to go through it. now this is just what happened to us. I'm not saying that's the same thing but it could be something to check. see if those coils are frozen in the back. I have some pictures but I'm having trouble finding them. if I find them I will post.
