Cummins Onan wiring question

Hi Folks, I moved an 5500 lpg generator from my old fifth wheel over to my new generator ready Alliance. I'm down to wiring and hooking up exhaust pipe. In the battery compartment on the Alliance I have a j-box with 4 #10 wires, green, white, black and red. Coming from my generator I have, green, 2 whites, black and black with a yellow stripe. Obviously green goes to green and white to white. would I put black to black and black with yellow stripe to red? Wiring diagram just shows them as L1 and L2 and I have to assume the same for black and red on the RV. Thanks for any help!

Check out page 55 Note number 3.
Black comes from C1 L1
Black Yellow from CB 2 L2(Red)
