Converter 120v supply breaker tripping.

Have found my 120v breaker to my converted tripped 3 times since getting my 2025 29RL in July. I sent a ticket to service and they sent me a new breaker that I have swapped out. I've seen several folks with the same coach report the same issue. RV is winterized and won't be used until January when we head south. Just wondering if anyone has any insight as to what the issue might be. I'm not convinced the breaker is/was the issue but we'll see.

I have a 2025 23ML purchased in August 2025 and have experienced the 120v breaker tripping. It has tripped twice now on our current 5 week road trip. The breaker causing the issue seems to optimistic.

Did your breaker swap fix your issue?

Same thing here. 2026 23ML- Woke up one chilly morning- NO HEAT!- battery voltage very low so furnace blower would not run- ceiling lights dim- found that the breaker to my converter had tripped ???????- reset and all good- continue to monitor this

We are having the same issue in our 2026 25RL. The converter breaker trips and consequently the battery discharges to the point that we have had the heater shut off in cold weather.
I thought I traced it to a loose wire in the electrical panel but it just tripped again on our most recent trip. Other than the converter/battery, what is on this circuit?

Can’t say for sure what else, if anything might be on the converter circuit.

The first step would be use an amp meter to determine what the amp draw is on the circuit . This will help you understand what the breaker on the circuit is experiencing.

Just had this happen for the first time. My converter is a separate box and plugged into the electric panel, so it seems nothing else is on this breaker. What causes it to trip? Over heating? It's buried in the cabinet with no ventilation.

In the simplest terms, breakers trip from excessive amperage(causing heat). Not sure of the design of your electrical system, so ventilation could factor in. What type of battery do you have? Have you serviced it lately? Checked connections? Fluid level if FLA. Certainly, a short circuit could be a possibility as well. Start with the simple stuff.

Thanks for the reply. I'm using a Lithium battery. This is our fifth trip and the first time its happened. It was 93 today and the hottest of our trips. I'll keep monitoring the breaker and battery.
