Hi. We have a 2023 395ds. The controller has had error code E1 battery over-discharged since purchase. Renogy had us run several trouble shooting steps to rule out possible issues. We ended up getting a new controller but it has the same error message as well. We did notice that when changing the +/- battery and solar wires the threads were broken falling off as if they'd been screwed down too tight. Could this be causing the error?
