Collapsed AC ducts

So I've been doing a little investigating, and the ducts going to the bedroom from the main AC are a bit collapsed and are not blowing very strong. I have seen where others have the same problem, but haven't seen what the fix is. Any advice?

I like the pool noodle idea. Which led me to think a piece of flexible PVC might even be better.
Its stiffer and the walls are smoother which will allow the air to flow easier.

I see that as a good possibility too! A piece of pvc would likely prevent the duct from collapsing again. I think maybe the noodle (flexible so you could follow the bends) first followed up with your pvc might be a winning combo.

Sad isn't that we have to do what the factory and designers should of done, as if they never had an RV. Our 2025 Avenue 30BH 5th wheel struggles to cool down. Took some of the vents off and found a few weren't even on center to the duct, or the panel was cut off center of the duct vent hole. That was in the bath room. In bed room, there was no hole in the ducts at all, just in the paneling. Bath room one, if you put the vent back on, it pushes closed the half hole closed hardly any air flows. My wife and I could of built this thing better our selves.

We have the 310 RL. Our 2 ducts in bedroom barely blew and register in bathroom had no blow. Alliance covered the issue under warranty. The tech said they removed the entire bedroom ceiling to fix.

All 3 blow better, but still not much.

Can you better explain where to install the noodle, especially in the bathroom. Thanks.

Insert the noodle into the duct to help open the collapsed duct and keep it open so air can flow through it.

100% improved air flow through the vents after 2 days of working on them. Some the ceiling panel was drilled half way off center to the hole in the duct. Had trim away part of the 1/8 inch foam between paneling and duct, but on ALL of the vents, I had to trim anywhere from one inch to half inch off the collars as seen in attached pic. The collars on the vents were so long they were actually BLOCKING the air flow! I cut the collars on each one after seeing how much to take off. Even the foil tape they installed was a mess on some vents, blocking air. Didn't take photos of the "after" look, sorry. In photo showing the off center cut, you have the ceiling panel, foam insulation panel, then the air duct. There was maybe 1/4 inch of airflow until I cut the foam, and vent collar, then re-taped it, gained the full thickness of the duct for airflow.

********* EDIT *******

I've added a photo of one of the 3 vents I had to trim shorter than the rest.
