Cold water low flow

2022 372rk For some reason we are having a cold water low pressure issue. There are no leaks on any water line. Just the cold water is affected. Hot water just fine. Checked the back of the water heater and could not locate the by-pass valves. Bathroom sink faucet, shower fixture and kitchen faucet all perform well except that the cold water sides are either not up to pressure or low flow. Any ideas?

I can suggest two.
1. Check your Nautilis panel valves for proper position
2. If you have spray faucet in your wet bay. Make sure both knobs are turned off.

Check for Pex shavings or something stuck at beginning of line.
