Can't backflush my 2026 312rk with a flair it water system

I hook up to the black backflush connection turn on the water and pump no water flows to the tank. What am i missing. Could the backflow value be installed backwards

I don’t know why you’d want to use the pump to flush the black tank, yuk anyway, but the only way the pump can do that is a hose between the spray port and the flush connection.
But yes, the vacuum break under the bathroom sink, usually, can be installed backwards. I just helped a friend fix his on a brand new 382RK.

Wait...are you talking about the black tank flush? It only works with city water. No need to turn your water pump on.
