Buzzing power control centre

Hi guys, have a noisy and buzzing power control center. The 4500 series Power Control Center buzzes constantly. Everything works ok but just buzzes not very loud but noticeable, any help will be appreciated thanks

It is pretty standard for a converter to make that humming sound as it converts AC to DC power.
