Black valve pull handle stuck open. The one in the basement/cargo area by the nautilus. Thoughts on how to troubleshoot? I don’t even know where the actual valve is?

Black valve pull handle stuck open. The one in the basement/cargo area by the nautilus. Thoughts on how to troubleshoot? I don’t even know where the actual valve is?

Any chance you can see behind the nautilus panel and see which direction that cable runs?
Can you check your underbelly, to see if it might have an access patch in the coroplast. The patch would be an indicator to where the valve is located.
You could have a valve issue or a cable issue. Unfortunately, you will have to locate the valve , gain access, and disconnect the cable from the valve to see which one of the two is causing your issue.
No easy job without an access patch.
