Black Tank Flush

Never had on our other camper, should we run antifreeze thru the black tank flush? Not sure

I pushed some antifreeze in mine with the outdoor shower hose as the pump was pulling pink stuff from the hose in the antifreeze bottle. Since both sides of the line go up to a peak with an air gap, they should drain completely, but I pushed some antifreeze in just incase there's any valleys in the line.
