Black tank electric valve

I have a 2025 340rl and the electric black tank valve won’t close all the way. I flushed the tank 3 times but still won’t close
I took the panel off on the belly pan under the toilet but it’s a false panel. I assume that’s where the valve is but before cutting it out I thought someone had an idea what to do
Thanks
Tim

The cover panels on the Coroplast are faux openings, but do mark the location of the valves. The end user can open the Coroplast by carefully slicing a flap to observe and control the valve operation.

Presumably you cut behind the patch squares, the cover panels. I would use a "hook" razor to avoid cutting one of the potential equipment behind the Coroplast. Some people cut a flap and later secure the flap with Coroplast tape, some just use Gorilla tape. Some get more extravagant in their effort.

Where would you cut it
Alliance will send you a vin# specific diagrammatic of your tank locations completed w valve & tank connection points if you send them a request with name, vin#, make, & model of your rig. May help you if you call them to expedite receipt. Took us less than a full business day when we requested that information on ours, Good luck 👍🍀🌞!
