This thread is for those interested in bike riding at the rally.
The area has some wonderful paved bike paths. The main one is the Pumpkinvine Trail (https://pumpkinvine.org/the-trail/) and it connects to numerous other trails directly from the fairgrounds.
From the fairgrounds one can ride the Pumpkinvine to:
- Mooey’s Ice Cream Shop (https://mooeys-ice-cream.business.site/ ) which is about 7.5 miles from the fairgrounds.
- Shipshewana which is 18 miles out.
Last year we had an impromptu ride to Goshen Brewing Company for dinner then to The Chief, a famous local creamery) for dessert. Round trip is about 5 miles through neighborhoods.
