Batteries not charging on shore power

Did a search but didn't find an answer. For some reason my batteries won't charge when I'm on shore power. Converter breaker is on and I don't see any fuses on the panel blown. Any where else I should look?

Have you disconnected the battery bank and then put a volt meter on the POS and NEG cable? Are you seeing ~14v coming in? This simple test will tell you if it is the converter or bad battery bank.

Have you checked the 3- 25amp fuses in the bottom right corner of your electrical panel.
If for some reason the polarity from the battery was reversed, those fuses will break, and the battery charger will not charge your batteries.

Batteries must be toast, I have 13.70V coming in from the charger. I have just one hooked up right now to the charger. All that's running in the camper is the fridge and I guess the carbon monoxide detector. The Battery is sitting at 12.17v now, I'll see what it reads in the morning.
