Curious to know does the vented air in the bathroom ceiling register originate as part of our master bedroom?

Yes it does, it you have low air flow, the ductwork could be restricted.
You can remove the grill assy in the bedroom and make sure the ducts are securely attached to the unit and snake an inspection camera in there or the other registers to see.
