Have you extended the awning so that you can see roller? This would allow you to check to see if the material is centered on the roller. I would recommend this be the first step and if you find it not centered try to center it first. I believe it should slide in the roller groove assuming it doesn’t have a locking device. Also check the coach end to ensure it is squared up and centered. Also check your pitch arm pivots to ensure they aren’t bound up.My awning is retracting completely on one end but the end that has the motor on it does not draw tight. Lacks a couple inches. How much adjustment is their on the motor to do it manually?

Same here.I was so used to the Domestic stopping at the end of it's cycle. One of the first times we used the awning I couldn't figure out why it wasn't rolling in correctly. Turns out I rolled it in with the extend button.![]()
