Anyone with 12v A/C?

I have an All Access 26RD. I've been shopping for an AC for the bedroom. Has anyone installed a 12v off grid unit?
The unit is an OutEquipPro 10k. It's low profile and can be used off grid. I've watched a few reviews which were pretty positive and the price is right too.
Any thoughts?

From the tech specs..."Most starter batteries can’t handle the continuous 58A (@12V) draw in Turbo mode. Use a LiFePO₄ battery with a 100A+ BMS or a 1000W+ AC-to-DC converter"

You will need a LARGE battery bank and/or a large solar array to power this thing in an "off grid" setup (ie...boondocking)

Assuming you will not have shore power to charge/run your RV...right? The factory converter will need to be removed and replaced with a 1000+ watt watt version, if you ever did get connected to shore power and want to run this 12v AC unit directly from the converter.
