Antifreeze Not Pumping

Hi! We are trying to winterize out Alliance Avenue. The pump is not sucking up the antifreeze. Any idea what we could be doing wrong? We have had a camper in the past, this is our first 5th wheel.

So for the obvious question but do you have the nautilus panel set to winterize? If yes then I would try priming the pump.

My experiences:
Sometimes “bumping” (quickly switching) the water panel valve will start the flow. Otherwise, opening (and closing) a faucet might start it.
Don’t have the bottle on the ground, try to be even, or above the pump. (Bill Martin taught me that one)

Lifting the bottle up to level with the input helped us.

Thank you all! Found out that was my problem as well, I put the bottle next to the pump and it worked! I had the bottle on the ground!
