Honestly I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Alliance on some warranty items...some big, some small; and their parts department too. They have been nothing short of accommodating, reasonable, professional and knowledgeable. I do think these rigs are well put together, as are other brands. But, the differentiator is really how problems are solved by this company compared to others. Just posting for those who are looking at this brand compared to another. Obviously things change, but for now this company has got most of their processes dialed in. Every RV manufacturer could stand to improve initial quality but the manufacturing model is what it is and problem solving after delivery is critical to a happy consumer base.
