A month ago we bought a used 2022 310 RL. On our maiden trip the blind over the theater seating decided it didn't want to roll up anymore. I took it apart to see if I could fix it since I assumed as a second owner of a 1 year old RV that Alliance wouldn't wouldn't cover it. We'll the spring was sprung and I needed a new blind mechanism. I called Alliance support. Leslie got us registered as the new owners contacted MCD, the vendor for the blind and the new parts are on the way. NO CHARGE.
