AC power not charging my 2025 32RLS

I need help with my AC power not charging battery on my 2025 32RLS with factory solar. I lost AC power last night and am running on battery and it’s a cloudy day.

My Progressive Industries EMS PT50X 50A isn’t showing any errors.
I reset breakers at pole and tried a different circuit.
I have a Renogy Rego 3000w inverter charger. The indicator lights show
Inverter is green.
Battery is green flashing 0.5 seconds (discharging)
AC is solid red
- Voltage error on AC IN L1
- Voltage error on AC IN L2
- Grid current error
- Input frequency error
- Reverse AC input and output.

I have checked all breakers in the main panel.

Is there another breaker I’m missing?
Any suggestions?
Thanks for any help,
Ray

Morning, does anything on the AC (120v) work in the coach without the inverter ? Do you have a meter and are you comfortable working with AC voltage? Have you checked to see if your surge protector is passing voltage thru it on both legs?(regardless of what the display is telling you)
Have you checked each leg at your breaker panel?
I am not familiar with your inverter, but is there a transfer switch involved within the circuit?

No AC works in coach when the converter is turned off. And I don’t have a meter.
I’ll try switching to 30A at the pole and use my 30A EMS.

I’ll try switching to 30A at the pole and use my 30A EMS.
So, the converter has nothing to do with AC voltage, it converts 120v AC to 12 v DC.

You mentioned your had an inverter, that takes 12v DC and changes it to 120v DC.

Have you made any progress?

I have the same results with my 30A EMS connected.

No progress. I have verified my 300A fuses look good by the batteries. I have disconnected AC power from pedestal, and shut everything down, inverter, battery disconnect, solar disconnect, and all circuit breakers. Then powered everything up starting with battery and solar, then reconnected AC at the pedestal. Same results. EMS indicates both lines are good. Renogy converter/charger indicates no AC to charge batteries. Everything seems to work except the air conditioner. I’ll be home tomorrow and can get a meter to verify things.
