50” Jensen TV issues

We recently purchased a 2024 All Access 29RL with 50” Jensen TV and Furrion 2 zone soundbar installed. Have only made the 20 mile trip home from the dealer. The TV will not communicate with the Jensen remote nor with the soundbar. The TV works great using the manual buttons on the TV itself and the soundbar is working because I can listen to FM radio with it. I don’t have any type of cable or streaming box connected as I am getting tv signal from the over the air antenna channels. The TV speakers work, but when I manually change the TV sound setting from “TV’ to ”Aux”, nothing goes to the soundbar which is also set to “TV” mode. I have unplugged the TV to try and force a restart, I have changed to new batteries in the remote. I have checked the few connections on the back of the tv and the soundbar. Everything is tight. I can’t seem to make it work. The only cable that was connecting the TV and the soundbar was an HDMI cable. I tried adding an old school A/V cable from the “audio out” jack on side of tv to the red/white jacks of A/V in on the soundbar…still nothing. What else can I try?

Unless the Avenue is different from a Paradigm in this regard the TV does not play through the sound bar as manufactured.
According to your owner's manual the HDMI cable is a pass-through on your radio from its front HDMI port.
Sorry, I do not know why you are unable to use a Red/Wht A/V cable.

We have a paradigm and I was able to get Jensen radio speakers to work on tv blue tooth through the radio. It was a little complicated as the Jensen radio is not user friendly. It was was not worth effort as radio speakers did not sound any better than tv speakers. Hopefully your sound bar is better sounding.

Our 29RL had same problem so bought a new Roku TV (same as home) and still couldn't get it to work. Dealer finally hooked soundbar thru the headphone jack and it will now work. Very poor planning on that combo is my thoughts from Alliance. 7ACmike

same problem here. was able to connect audio out on the TV to the Audio in on the sound bar with a maleto male audio cord. set the sound bar to AUX and the TV sound will come thru the sound bar. not the best way but it works and sounds pretty good. use the TV remote to turn up the volume on the sound bar. you can even turn up the sound bar all the way and use the TV remote to turn up the TV to your desired level. how this isn't too confusing

Just bought the same 29RL and it has the Furrion soundbar and 50" Jensen Tv. The only way I got the TV and soundbar to work was to use the Red & White RC jacks. There is a audio out on the back of the TV (single pin). You will need the "Y" configuration cable (single pin on one end and the Red / White pins on the other end). Connect an RC cable to this "Y" and then to the TV input jacks on the back of the soundbar. Select TV mode on the soundbar and that's it. At least that is what I did to get it to work.
