44v14 wire chase

Hello.

Recently purchased a 44v14 and I am trying to hook up the Ford camera so I am trying to get a wire from the front bay to the roof. I have located the pipe on top that is the wire chase, the black pipe, but for the life of me I cannot find where it comes out.

I am told by Alliance that....

"The wire chase terminates in the basement pass through, if you remove the grey felt wall you should look towards the rear of the coach and see it near where the steps go up to the bedroom in that area."

I have taken that wall off and have run a fish tape down and a wire and for the life of me cannot seem to find where it comes out. My next step is to take a weight on a piece of twine and hope that maybe it is just catching on something just before it comes out of the pipe. By chance can anyone who has accessed this wire chase confirm it's location and if so by chance have any pictures to show the location where it comes out?

Thank you.

I have not used ours on our 44V14 but if you can access the pipe from the roof, you can put a flashlight or other means of bright light in the basement "back of house" to fill the space with light, then look down the chase from the roof and see if you can see any orienting features to narrow down your search in the area.

We have a 36V11, but believe it is similar. I used the chase, it comes out right over the top of the water heater on ours. I removed the wall as you described, and it took a minute to see it with the flashlight. If yours is by the stairs, use a plumb-bob. Makes it easy to find. It is there, I used it to run the starlink cable.

Thank you both for your responses. I tried the light trick but could not see light in any of the 3 pipes that come to the roof. As you suggested, I tried a plumb bob, just a large nut tied on a string, and found out that all 3 pipes on my roof go to tanks. At the moment, I am at a loss as it does not appear there is an actual wire chase. Time to go back to my email thread with Alliance to see what they say since they told me it was definitely the black pipe on the roof.

I'll get up on the roof later today and see if I can 1. find ours, and 2. take some photos for you. I feel like I have located it before trying to see if any of the tank vent stacks were disconnected in the walls but that was about a year ago. Standby

Thanks, any help would be appreciated. For reference, here is what my roof looks like. Three pipes, 1 black, 2 white. All 3 are going to a tank and don't open in the basement.
