385FL unknown plug and open outlet

When I had a refrigerator issue while camping last week, i was trying to do a hard reset on my Norcold refrig. and openned up some cabinettry panels to follow and find the electrical connections. I finally realized the Norcold is hard wired to the battery. In my search, I found a plug that was laying on the floor unplug (from day 1 when I got the RV and it is connected to nothing I'm aware of since all ofmy appliances work.) It does run up behind the refrig. when I jiggled it, Is it for the winegard or any type of wifi option?? Not sure if that needs a plug to power it up or if it is hardwired.

This is what i sent to Alliance customer supportback on 6-8-26... and they still have not answered my question or reponded with multiple calls to a Carter Cantrell at Alliance (very disappointed with their customer support lately).
"I found a unplugged cord when I was trying to do the hard reset. I believe that this plug has been like this from possible day one in the pictures I provided. I plugged it in and have no idea what its to or for since all of our appliances work fine and have power. Also, in this picture there is blue, red and green taped wires, can I get a schematic on what they are connected to for future issues I may encounter. The far-right outlet is an open plug receptacle and has the white wires with green tape on them. Should that plug be in that slot, and of course what is the plug for?"

Can anyone advise? Thank you.

Those Romex to SJOOW wire connections are used in slides to allow the bundle below to be flexible. The 12/2 yellow circuit with red tape is likely for your microwave in that slide since it is the only appliance that would need that capacity (can confirm this if you pull the outlet your microwave is plugged into and see the yellow 12/2 romex in it). The other two are likely range and then your GFI outlets in that slide. Since your range works, I'd bet the cord that IS plugged in is for that, unplug it and see if your range works, if not, you've identified 2/3. The unplugged cord is truly a mystery though. The Winegard systems are designed for hardwired 12v and that connection occurs where the ceiling cap cover plate is.

Maybe someone can correct me but I think the paradigms used to come with 120V Res. fridges? Maybe that was a mistake in manufacturing and they just left the cord?? I've found all sorts of odd things left in the nooks and crannies in our Valor.

Hoping Alliance will provide clarity on the extra cord for you.

Hi Chaseweston,
The 2/2 yellow circuit with red tape is all by itself, i dont see anything else running to or from it. The Microwave is the plug that is in the receptical next to the open receptical with the white 12/2 lines (with green tape) I didn't pull the outlet. The microwave plug has the white 12/2 lines (with green tape) coming out of the bottom and it is going into the white faceplate with blue tape across the front. I attached 2 more pictures with better lighting and the microwae plug with a magenta highlight on it.

In regard to the Winegard, I have never seen it as an option when we are looking for connections. That is why I was assuming maybe that plug that was unplugged was a possible supply power option to the Winegard

The 12 volt refrigerator’s use 120 volt powered ice makers, could this be your mystery plug?

not sure but seems logical. However it does seem it is connected to the back of the frig. How would I know if it is to the ice maker? Do it create any lite, noise or indication it is powered up?
I don't use the ice maker since its more work to maintain and winterize.

This is Absolutely what the plug is. I recently ran this down myself. In my case the outlet is on the circuit breaker named "Dishwasher" and comes from the outlet under the island drawers.

It would be nice to know on the 12 volt power Buss bar in the front storage area, which one is the refrigerator connection? There are fuses of varying degrees on the Buss bar.
