Parked my 2026 370 FB (under shelter in November, everything worked fine. First outing of the year this weekend and the bedroom AC trips the breaker without starting. Any ideas of what to check?

What is your power source? Incorrect/faulty source power can draw too many volts, tripping the breaker. Do you have a way to test the power source?

Wow could be a lot of things. Proper voltage is always the first concern. Does the fan come on? Have you removed the cover on the roof and looked for obstructions or chewed wires. If you’re still under warranty that might be a good place to stop and have them fix it. Or if you are like me you can always keep going. Check the capacitor, check the compressor, and so forth. YouTube is your friend. But if the breaker is tripping it should be an easy find.
I think you are looking fora direct short. You can check the panel for loose connections if you are capable of removing breaker box cover.
Check the panel first simply because it's easier than getting on the roof!
From there get on the roof, remove the cover and look for loose or critter damaged wires at the unit. Spin fan to make sure its not seized

Are you plugged into 50A shore power? Have you checked the condition of that power? If that's OK, I would probably disconnect all power from the coach and disconnect power at the air conditioner. Then, at the disconnected air power, I would use your VOM to determine if you have a short.

I have 123 volts on one leg and 121.7 on the other. I am still under warranty.

On our Winnebago I had a Coleman Mach AC compressor lock-up issue that would draw excessive current before it stopped itself. Had it not cut out on its own quickly enough it would have tripped the breaker.
If you can monitor the amperage draw when it tries to start it may give you a clue to what's what. On that Coleman the fan would start fine but when the compressor tried to start...
The whole AC unit was toast and had to be replaced. It was not nearly as new as yours though.

Spoke with my RV guy today, that I have been using for years. He says pull the front cover and be sure fan is free. Says fans can stick . If not free see if it will free up may be fine. If fan is free we will open a claim with Alliance.
