36BRM Avenue small issues

We purchased our 36BRM last September, 2023. We love it. We've up graded twice from a 28' travel trailer, to a 33', to the Avenue in the last 6 years. There are a couple of small issues that bother us. First, the screws fall out of the sliding barn doors and cabinets after a while. Secondly, the adhesive covering, in lieu of paint, on the cabinet trim in the bathrooms seems really cheap for a quality RV. It is already warping and trying to peel. Third, the ladder on the bunks should be redesigned and made with a sturdier material and made to come out further to be able to climb up easier. These are minor issues, really, but a nuisance. Everything else is great. And for about 14K lbs. loaded, our 2020 F-350 diesel, crew cab, long bed pulls it easily. I installed a Curt Q24 fifth wheel which matches up perfect with the RV. As I said, overall, this is the best RV trailer we have had and love it. Just a couple of small manufacturing issues that Alliance should consider looking at.

For the screws in the barn doors ... I replaced what was there with a screw that goes all the way thru and connects on the back end of the door. That solved the issue for us.
