340RL Bedroom Slide needs floor replaced

My 2021 340RL has leaked at the trim piece along the outside, bottom edge of the bedroom slide out. Unfortunately, it is out of warranty and I'm kind of stuck attempting a repair myself. It looks like the decals under the sealant have shrunk and pulled the sealant up out of the joint. We do not full time and store our camper outdoors when not in use. Evidently over last winter the issue developed and wasn't discovered till our spring trip. I resealed the unit and it has stopped leaking, but the plywood bottom has cracked and split. The rollers are beginning to dig in and I am seeking any information on how to go about removing the floor and replacing it. There is no power at our storage site, but I have a generator that can power any needed tools. I'm hoping that somehow this can be done without removing the slide!! Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

No, and I didn't get any help from Alliance since I'm out of warranty. I did google replacing that floor and it can be done, but the bed and the hall closet will need removed. I found another solution, which is working for me so far. I installed 9" wide 1/8" thick aluminum panels where the 4 rollers ride. size them long enough to go from the outside edge to just over or slightly past the roller. I screwed and glued them on. The floor is thin, so use 3/4" stainless screws.20230831_105440.jpg

Since the floor hasn't gotten worse and seems to be completely dry, I have applied Flex Seal to the black material to seal the cracks that I taped over.

This is not a problem I have had to address, you might try a marine rot repair which is a penetrating epoxy. This should bind the layers of the plywood that are separating. It is advertised to make wood as strong as new. I do like the metal sheets, if it were me I would use both the epoxy and the sheets.

I'm not going to lie, that aluminum looks sexy on there! I like it and I may have to keep that in mind as a repair for any future issue we encounter. Definitely water resistant. :)
