3000w Renogy inverter

Installing 3000w Renogy inverter. How do I hard wire the inverter. As you can see the connection looks like it has to be push into the connector block, pretty cheesy for such a high wattage inverter. I was going to use a 10/2 stranded wire copper wire but with this push type connector the wires are too soft to push in. Any suggestions as to the type of wire I can use. See picture. TIA

You need wire ferrules and a crimper. Watch this video to see how it is done
BTW...this is the same connector that is on higher priced Victron gear. Just need ferrules and all will work out.
